Capital Home Health Care was founded in 2019 by a family who understood firsthand the challenges of finding compassionate, reliable care for a loved one with developmental disabilities.
When their own search for support left them feeling unseen and underserved, they decided to build the kind of care they wished they could have found—personal, attentive, and rooted in respect.
